Customer may also opt for non-aadhaar based account by visiting any of the bank branches and filling out the account opening form. This form has also been uploaded on bank website. While on-boarding the customer, he is also asked to share his PAN Card number. If the same is not available, Form 60 is required.

No documents are required if account is opened with the Aadhaar biometric and mobile number. For non-aadhaar based account opening, customer may download the account opening form from the website and submit to bank officer with due supporting documents mentioned in the form. 

Banking points are empowered to open accounts using Aadhaar biometric. However, customer can open account without Aadhaar also by downloading the account opening form available on website, filling with necessary details and submitting it with supporting documents like Photograph, Proof of Identity and Proof of Address to any bank officer.

Banking point agent would need internet connection on his mobile phone through which agent can login into his account on Airtel Payments Bank Mitra App.
